Darcelle has a passion for bringing your ideas to life in unique and tasty ways; to her, it’s not just baking, it’s a creation.

She spent many years baking before she decided to build upon her skill set and accepted her offer to attend the Baking and Pastry Arts Management Program at George Brown College; after completing the 2-year program she graduated with honors and became an official Pastry Chef. When it comes to her desserts, Darcelle has a sense of classic flavor combinations but also enjoys experimenting with ingredients to come up with new and unique products.

When you get a cake with Darcelle it is “your cake your way”, she will work with her clients to make sure they get what they envisioned in both style and flavors. Darcelle’s passion for baking and decorating is what drives her business ethics; she works tirelessly on each order to make sure that everything is done right.
